Brittany Messina is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst. She is also certified as a special education teacher and has worked in the field of education for over 10 years. Brittany has worked in the field of ABA as both a Registered Behavior Technician and Behavior Analyst for the past 7 years. She is originally from Western New York and moved to Arizona 9 years ago for a teaching position at a specialized school for children with Autism. This is where she became passionate about working with children with Autism and began her education at the University of Arizona to receive a certification in Applied Behavior Analysis. Brittany currently lives in Flagstaff Arizona with her husband, daughter Molly, and dog Oreo. She provides educational advocacy to families as well as in home tutoring and supervision for future Behavior Analysts.
Sidney Fox is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) specializing in working with children. With a deep understanding of behavioral principles and a genuine passion for helping young individuals, she has become a trusted professional in the field.
Raised in Southern California, Sidney discovered her passion for helping individuals with disabilities at an early age. She pursued her dreams by obtaining a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University San Marcos, and is currently working on her master’s degree in Special Education of Applied Behavior Analysis from ASU in hopes of becoming a BCBA.
As a certified RBT, Sidney possesses a solid foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and employs evidence-based strategies to support children with various behavioral challenges. She brings a wealth of experience in developing and implementing customized behavior plans, facilitating skill acquisition, and fostering positive social interactions.
Sidney has had the privilege of working with numerous families and educational institutions, collaborating closely with parents, caregivers, and educators to create a cohesive support system for each child. She understands the importance of individualized approaches and tailors interventions to meet the unique needs and goals of every child she works with.
With her warm and nurturing demeanor, Sidney builds strong connections with the children she serves, fostering an environment of trust and encouragement. She is adept at utilizing positive reinforcement strategies to motivate and empower children, helping them develop new skills and reach their full potential.
Beyond her work as an RBT, Sidney actively seeks professional growth opportunities and stays up to date with the latest research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis. She believes in the power of ongoing education to provide the highest quality care to the children she serves.
When Sidney is not passionately supporting children and their families, she enjoys snowboarding, hiking, and spending lots of time outdoors. These pursuits not only provide her with balance but also serve as a constant source of inspiration for her work.

Hope Bendele is a behavior analyst trainee and special education teacher. She has worked with children with disabilities over the past 5 years and graduated with a Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis in May 2022. She is very passionate about working with children with disabilities as she provided habilitation services to her younger cousin with Autism working on adaptive living skills. She lives in Surprise Arizona with her husband and her four kids. Hope is currently finishing up her supervision hours and hopes to sit for her BCBA exam within the next month.
Kiarra is currently seeking her degree in early childhood education and special education at NAU. She has been working with children for many years but has been working in a professional capacity for the last 5 years. She absolutely loves working with students and seeing the world through their eyes.
She has grown up in Flagstaff her entire life and truly loves the town. She enjoys being outdoors, working out and playing soccer.
